Cleverly Crafted Workshops
Krystle has trained with some of the worlds best yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher's. She has cleverly weaved her teachings and personal magic for life and spirituality into these magic Yoga, mediation, journalling, music and art workshops that she runs daily in this retreat!

Dreamy Lux Accommodation
An escape to a sanctuary of pure bliss...
Those that have missed your overseas travel or had European trips cancelled due to covid -19 like myself ,will enjoy this Sanctuary site that we have cleverly chosen just 15 mins outside main street Bryon. Located in the lush Byron Bay Hinterlands. If you have a passion or love for dreamy Moroccan/ European with a slight touch of Balinese style then you'll love this luxury venue that will become your home for your time away on retreat. Rooms are luxurious and you will have options for private suites or Twin share.

Art Therapy
Throughout the retreat Krystle will run Art Therapy classes. . No art experience needed, in fact most people that begin with resisting the Art Therapy sessions, end up being the ones who get the most healing out of the sessions.
Krystle will guide you through a mediation of the body then allow space for students to sense the freedom to be creative, to ‘let go’ and to express emotions non-verbally. You will explore the psychosomatic elements of the therapy as you will be guided to notice subconsciously where and why the body holds stress , anxiety and trauma.
Krystles experience in this field enables students to feel completely held and supported.

Relax & Unwind
At Bluegreen Sanctuary
During the day you will have plenty of free time to explore the grounds and the lush surrounds of the hinterlands. We will bush walk to a spectacular local waterfall on one day and on another you'll see the sun set at Byron Bays famous lighthouse.
Byron Bay main street is only 15 mins drive away and you can spend your free time shopping, walking the beach or dining in the cafes.
If you like to surf, there are many local beaches all in driving distance.
