Bringing Yoga, Wellness & Mindfulness into Schools

Mental health is hugely prevalent within schools across Australia and the latest statistics shows that one in seven young people aged between 4-17 experience a mental health condition in any given year.
Children and especially Teens have so many pressures placed on them in this busy life we live. Trying to balance school, homework, extra- curricular sport, art and social media, its any wonder that we currently have the highest amount of childhood anxiety and depression to date, especially since Covid-19.

A little bit about Krystle...

Krystle is a highly motivated teacher who has over 15 years teaching experience  within schools and children's camps from all over the world. Her passion for teaching wellness starting from an early age. Krystle represented NSW in both Netball and Athletics and discovered very early the benefits in finding the balance and overall well-being through mindfulness training.  Krystle teaches PDHPE at one of Sydney's most elite girls schools, where she has created and developed a mindfulness and well-being unit for her students. she also runs a very successful Yoga and Wellness business where she creates, designs and facilitates , children's, Teens and Adults Yoga and wellness retreats both in Australia and abroad. Krystle has studied with some of the worlds best Yoga and mindfulness teachers and recently took part in the Resilience Project training where she continues to grow and develop her love and passion

for student well-being.

Krystle has great rapport with all her students and an amazing ability to lift and shift the mood of anyone that enters her orbit.

 Krystle's main passion is educating this younger generation, to help teach them the tools to guide them into a better love, appreciation and acceptance of themselves and their body as it is.
